What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment, we only accept PayPal. We will be working on expanding the list of accepted payment methods in due course.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders above USD75.
What is the estimated shipping time?
You will receive an estimated delivery date at checkout, which includes estimated processing, handling and shipping time. On average, orders will be processed within 3 business days and then shipped to your destination. Overseas shipments will be sent with various carriers; the last mile will typically be via your local postal service.
Standard shipping time may take 7-14 days, depending on the destination. While we try to provide a fair timeline for when you can expect your order, there may be chances for delays such as harsh weather, regulations, and order volume that could affect these timelines. Please be patient with the delivery service as circumstances may vary worldwide. For time sensitive occasions, do order early.
How can I track my order?
